These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Belong platform, including the Belong mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Belong Entertainment Inc. (“Belong,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
About Belong
Belong is a fan engagement and financial infrastructure platform that connects fans, artists, and brands through identity, rewards, and financial tools.
Belong is pioneering FanTech, a category combining fan engagement with financial infrastructure to enable new economic relationships between fans and culture.
Belong provides software services that may enable users to:
create a fan identity profile
access rewards and experiences
participate in community engagement
use financial tools such as payment cards or accounts
Belong is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits.
Certain financial services available through the Services are provided by regulated financial institutions and partners.
Financial Services and Banking Partners
Financial services made available through the Belong platform are provided by regulated financial partners.
Banking services are provided by:
Middlesex Federal Savings, F.A.
Member FDIC
These services may include:
payment card issuance
account funding
funds transfer
transaction processing
compliance and identity verification
Belong works with financial technology partners and service providers to enable these services.
These may include partners responsible for:
card issuing and processing
identity verification and fraud prevention
bank account connectivity
payment network infrastructure
Separate agreements may apply to financial products and services.
Those agreements will be provided to you when applicable.
Payment cards available through the Belong platform may operate on the Mastercard® payment network or other payment networks depending on the specific program.
Alpha and Beta Testing
Belong may release features in Alpha, Beta, or other testing phases.
During these periods:
features may change
services may be incomplete
interruptions or bugs may occur
By using pre-release features you acknowledge that these services are experimental.
Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use the Services:
be at least 18 years old
reside in a supported jurisdiction
comply with identity verification requirements
agree to these Terms
Belong may refuse or restrict access at its discretion or when required by law.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features you must create a Belong account.
You agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain security of your login credentials
notify us immediately of unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
Because Belong integrates financial services, users may be required to complete identity verification.
This may include:
government ID verification
biometric checks
address verification
sanctions and compliance screening
Verification may be performed by third-party compliance providers.
Belong may suspend or restrict accounts that fail verification requirements.
Belong and its financial partners may monitor transactions for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements. Accounts or transactions may be restricted, delayed, or blocked if required by law or regulatory obligations.
7. Payment Cards and Financial Accounts
Belong may enable users to access debit cards or other financial products issued by partner banks.
These cards may be used for:
purchases
transactions
fan rewards programs
access to platform benefits
Use of payment cards is governed by the Cardholder Agreement provided by the issuing bank.
Belong does not control or guarantee banking services provided by third-party financial institutions.
8. Third-Party Services
Belong relies on third-party service providers to operate parts of the platform.
These may include providers of:
payment processing
bank connectivity
identity verification
fraud detection
payment network infrastructure
8A. Bank Account Connectivity
Belong may allow users to connect external financial accounts through third-party providers such as Plaid Inc. By connecting a bank account, you authorize Belong and its service providers to access and retrieve account information as necessary to provide the Services.
Plaid processes your information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Your use of certain services may be subject to additional terms from these providers.
Belong is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
9. Rewards, Drops, and Experiences
Belong may offer rewards including:
merchandise
event access
digital content
exclusive experiences
promotional offers
Rewards:
may be limited in quantity
may require eligibility criteria
may change or be discontinued at any time
Belong may modify rewards programs without notice.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
engage in fraudulent activity
violate financial regulations
attempt to bypass platform security
use automated bots or scripts
impersonate another person
manipulate rewards systems
Belong may suspend accounts suspected of abuse.
11. Fees
Some services may involve fees including:
transaction fees
ATM fees
service charges
All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to use.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content, technology, trademarks, and software are owned by Belong or its licensors.
Users may not:
copy platform technology
reverse engineer the Services
reproduce Belong branding without permission
13. Privacy
Your use of Belong is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
14. Service Availability
Belong does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The platform may experience:
downtime
maintenance
third-party interruptions
Belong is not liable for service disruptions.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Belong makes no warranties regarding:
availability
reliability
accuracy
uninterrupted operation
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belong will not be liable for:
indirect damages
lost profits
loss of data
financial losses caused by third-party services
Total liability will not exceed the greater of:
$100
the amount paid by you to Belong in the past 12 months
17. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
19. Changes to Terms
Belong may update these Terms periodically.

email
the website
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
